If you are having trouble outputting a file that matches StudioNow specification, MPEG Streamclip is a powerful free video converter, player, editor for Mac and Windows. It can play many movie files, not only MPEGs; it can convert MPEG files between muxed/demuxed formats for authoring; it can encode movies to many formats, including iPod. Download at MPEG Streamclip

We recommend outputting an uncompressed file from your NLE and then compressing to StudioNow specs via MPEG Streamclip. As a last resort, it works everytime.

Upload

Please upload using Google Chrome to access the StudioNow platform, you will see a status complete while uploading. There are no file limitations to our platform but recommend uploading files under 4 GBs whenever uploading RAW footage.
